SCHOLARSHIPS AND POSTER SUBMISSIONS

The goal of the Medical Education & Research Foundation for the Treatment of Addiction (MERF) is to improve education for physicians in the treatment of addiction. A sister organization to CSAM, MERF provides a limited number of scholarships to both physicians-in-training and teaching faculty. Scholars actively participate in mentored learning experiences throughout the conference. The deadline to apply for a scholarship is July 24, 2015. The application is available at: http://merfweb.org

In addition, those who are involved in medical education or practice-based clinical research are invited to submit abstracts for posters to be displayed at the conference. These can be posters that have been presented at other conferences. Abstracts are also due by July 24. Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words and be non-proprietary. For more information on submissions go to www.MERFweb.org or contact merfadmin@gmail.com.
